An Appraisal Vendor Service Representative (VSR) works with appraisers across the country to provide our customers with accurate and timely appraisal products. The primary responsibilities of the Appraisal VSR is to assign appraisal orders to competent appraisers, remove road blocks that prevent timely delivery, update status on orders with accurate and detailed notes and provide a high level of customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assigns appraisal products to the right appraiser for the assignment while meeting service level expectations and customer requirements
    • Fosters positive vendor experiences through file level interaction and outstanding customer service
    • Acts as a liaison between appraisers and our customers
    • Consistently provide service that meets Clear Capital expectations for quality to customers, vendors and team members
    • Follows team procedures and processes while completing tasks
    • Makes decisions that align with team and department goals
    • Effectively communicates in writing, verbally and nonverbally in a positive, supportive, friendly and optimistic manner
    • Communicates with Team Leads about workload, progress and opportunities to improve performance
    • Answers appraiser questions and solve problems with a Clear Capital approachF
    • ollows up on reports to ensure customer milestones are met and order is on track for on time delivery
    • Provides high quality status updates on files, thoroughly answering appraiser questions and removing roadblocks
    • Responds to calls and email requests with professionalism and solution oriented enthusiasm
    • Resolves escalations quickly by partnering with VSRIIs, Team Leads and other stakeholders
    • Works well with others, demonstrates responsiveness to requests from others and provides assistance when needed
    • Meets attendance requirements including overtime, when needed
    • Partners with team members to reach department goals and remain within SLA on tasks
