Assistant Manager- Sales & Strategy is responsible for partnering across departments and handle end to end client requirements.  You will act as a single point of contact between the sales team, project development team, and client. This role will also ensure alignment in vision, mission and strategy with the department, the organization, and external partners and customers

Responsibility

    • Leading the support and sustainability of both short and long term initiatives for Americas' Sales in the areas of product, process, and systems; will plan and execute development of best practices and continuously improve effectiveness. 
    • Define, maintain, and optimize business processes that create efficiency for the sales team, refine  selling activities, and support sales best practices, business strategies, and objectives to enable Sales to achieve their fullest potential       
    • Partner to optimize and implement sales processes, selling tools and workflow processes across all the Americas' Sales department
    • Lead the Sales Strategy team in the American sales channel to take initiatives from creation phase to implementation and sustainment
    • Planning and removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation by ensuring smooth team wide communication channels 
    • Coordinate sales team communications and collect/maintain sales reference materials/documentation from across the organization           
    • Provide thought leadership, business analysis and real-time execution on mission-critical initiatives alongside Sales Leadership         
    • Provide leadership to ensure focus, alignment and execution of high priority opportunities through management of the sales roadmap
    • Work across verticals like Product Management, Business Development and handle various accounts  to deliver high-level products and services to the clients

Pre-requisites

    • 3+ years’ experience in software industry
    • Experience with managing people and/or strategy
    • Proven organization and project management skills
    • Experience working with and collaborating on projects across departments, business units with varying levels of team members and leadership
    • Ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track
    • Detail oriented with strong organization and project management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a positive, energetic attitude
    • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, quick changing environment
    • Engineering background with MBA from Tier 1 or 2 college
