About You
You’re a hands-on marketer looking to take on a meaningful project (at least 3/4 time) for the next 3-4 months. With several years of experience, you’ve seen and operated playbooks and you’re ready to get behind the controls to make a significant impact at an organization.  You’re looking for a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment where your ideas are valued and your growth will be championed. You maximize your individual footprint by leveraging vendors and AI. You're resourceful, scrappy, results-oriented; a prolific experimenter; confident, yet humble when presented with contradictory data; and you're ready to take your skills to the next level with ClickTime. This role reports to our CEO.

Why We're Hiring
ClickTime is operating with feet in two worlds – our established SaaS offering with a vibrant user community, daily new leads, and a busy backlog of new development work – and also the R&D of tomorrow’s products which will assure our continued growth. We need to keep the current business healthy (lead-gen, content creation, sales enablement, go-to-market efforts) and plan for significant new marketing efforts and hires in Q1 2025. Today’s contract role will focus on the former, and for the right candidate, offer a seat at the table for the latter.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers 
    • Direct, collaborate, and manage external vendors and freelancers as well as leverage AI tooling for creative, design, audio & video production, to ensure content is visually brought to life
    • Develop high-quality content for sales enablement and external marketing / demand generation campaigns and communications
    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to support customer-facing activities 
    • Manage website content updates; support SEO efforts
    • Collaborate on development & testing of ads / SEM
    • Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn, G2, and YouTube
    • Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to support marketing strategy and define goals

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS products 
    • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and platforms (Hubspot, SFDC, etc.)
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (Looker, a plus); knowledge of basic statistical analysis and A/B testing methodology
    • Basic WordPress site management skills
    • Proficient in writing for search engines
    • Collaborative, creative, can-do attitude; comfortable working solo to complete projects
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a technical field preferred

About the Role

    • 3-4 month contract role

$120,000 - $180,000 a year
