Throughout the summer internship program, you'll receive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience within your department. With ClickTime’s fast-paced energy and immersive curriculum, you’ll learn the ropes of the industry and be uniquely positioned for a successful career in tech.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Are you creative and analytical? Then you’ve got what it takes to tackle tech marketing!  

ClickTime is excited to offer a summer internship program for college sophomores and juniors interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing within the tech industry. As a marketing intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, helping to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of our company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of marketing, from digital marketing and content creation to market research and analytics.

Responsibilities

    • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing efforts.
    • Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
    • Help manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website content.
    • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and content ideas.

Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • A strong interest in marketing, technology, and software industries.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, CRM software, social media management tools) is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Creative thinker with a willingness to suggest new ideas and approaches.
    • Proficiency in Google Workplace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Information About ClickTime's Selection Process

    • Current Sophomores and Juniors will be considered for the internship program
    • Resumes are reviewed and selected for consideration every Monday
    • If your resume is selected, you'll receive a practical exercise to showcase your skills and abilities. The practical exercise will be due the following Sunday. (If you need more time, let us know!)
    • If your practical exercise is scored highly, you'll have the opportunity to interview with our recruiter
    • In the final round, you'll do a longer Zoom interview with the team
