Overview of the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a backgrounds in sales, channels, or partnerships with experience working in a fast paced quickly scaling organization. As a member of our Partner Success team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading educational executives around the world, enabling them to deliver flexible financial opportunities to prospective students and will be the strategically minded growth professional on our team. You need to have strong business acumen, an ability to grow revenue within clients, be a best-in-class communicator, and have a strong understanding of relationship building. You will be held accountable for achieving performance targets established by the Director of Partnerships and have the ability to partner with and grow our presence within our top partners.

Your Background and Skills

    • Strong experience in educational or fintech revenue teams
    • Able to have business-level conversations with execs across an organization
    • Develop a truster relationship with key executives
    • Strong focus on teamwork while able to perform independently
    • Critical decision making skills
    • Able to forecast and track key account metrics
    • Capable of multithreading effectively
    • Able to become a strategic partner in organizational planning with clients
    • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with high level of knowledge
    • Experience using Sales tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, etc…
    • Willing to be the internal quarterback for our partners, ensuring product use growth and development
    • Gets excited by helping organizations understand industry spanning questions and solution oriented behaviors
    • Able to travel if necessary (under 25% of time)

Role Requirements

    • Strong business acumen growth experience with 7+ years in partnerships/sales roles
    • An understanding of financial modeling and ability to communicate effectively
    • Experience working with educational institutions, both private and public
    • Experience in growth modeling and account planning
    • Highly functional with a deep understanding of business
    • Creative and an excellent storyteller
    • Degree in Business, Finance, or an MBA a plus
