At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when they want, and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to get staff when they need it.

**About The Role**
The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) works to execute all of the important details within a successful customer success operation. Each team member’s work will vary based on their shift and the clients they are working with.  This role reports directly to the CSM.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Interact with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through a high volume of outbound call/text outreach
* Take incoming HCP calls, solving customers problems or answering their questions while building a relationship to keep the Health Care  Professionals loyal with Clipboard Health
* Handle incoming tickets for Health Care Professional inquiries/concerns
* Post and fill shifts for healthcare facilities each week
* Verify shifts for healthcare facilities each week
* Work with CSM and ACSM to solve HCP and medical labs issues
* Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $595-$800/month - ideally in the $600-$650 range
