Clipbook is looking for an experienced Revenue Leader to join our team. This is the first revenue leader hire at Clipbook, with the opportunity to have a great deal of control, autonomy, and leadership building our sales organization.

This position is ideal for leaders with a passion for early stage businesses, rapid execution, and a passion for early-stage sales & product strategy. (If you’re only comfortable in massive, behemoth companies - this role is not for you)

This role will be building upon true, high-velocity commercial traction: we have successfully ramped two high-performing sales reps and are looking to rapidly scale the team in the coming months as we grow from $XM to $XXM in ARR.

Key Responsibilities

    • Revenue Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a scalable revenue strategy. Drive Clipbook’s ARR growth through inside sales.
    • Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team - ensuring productivity, pipeline efficiency, and quota attainment. Optimize sales processes and improve win rates.
    • Hiring & Team Growth: Recruit, train, and scale a high-performing revenue team, ensuring strong execution across all customer-facing roles. (From 2 to 10+ in the next year)
    • Metrics & Performance Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance revenue team performance. Implement data-driven decision-making across all revenue functions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap decisions. Align GTM efforts with product innovations.

Qualifications

    • Minimum ~3 years experience in a revenue leadership role in B2B SaaS
    • Proven focus & ability in scaling from ~$M in ARR to $XXM ARR
    • Track record of early-stage experience
    • Revenue & customer obsession
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
    • Passion for AI
$150,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation will a combination of base + commission + equity
