The Compliance Team is responsible for helping CloudWalk teams enable disruptive products and services and also provide the best user experience that meets regulatory issues.
We are looking for a hands-on professional, passionate about new technologies and disruptive products to join our Regulatory team.

This professional will work on a day-to-day basis with the development teams for new products and services.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • As a Regulatory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and monitoring the regulatory demands pertaining to the financial market and payments. Your responsibilities will include:

    • 1. Collaborating with teams to analyze and monitor regulatory demands in the financial market and payments sector.

      2. Participating in and monitoring regulatory discussions related to the payments market, including Zetta.

      3. Conducting regulatory analysis associated with Open Banking, Sandbox, PIX, Real Digital, and other relevant initiatives.

      4. Monitoring the development of new products and features from a regulatory and compliance perspective.

      5. Serving as the focal point for the Compliance team in monitoring compliance programs such as Chargeback programs and Fraud Prevention in relation to schemes.

      6. Engaging in relationship-building with schemes and ensuring business areas are updated on program compliance.

      7. Interacting and following up with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Financial, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Projects.

What You Need To Succeed:

    • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • Complete higher education in a related field.
    • Relevant experience in the Payment Institution, acquirer, sub-acquirer market, and fintechs.
    • Fluent Portuguese and English.
    • Extensive knowledge of technology.
    • Familiarity with COSIF norms for conglomerate type 3.
    • Experience participating in the authorization process of financial institutions is a plus.
    • Understanding of rules applicable to SCFI.
