About The Job

We are looking for a Webflow Designer to join us in building what new generations are going to face financially in the next decade.

Our team is a group of passionate and multidisciplinary professionals (from 3d artists to experienced blockchain engineers). We are used to working remotely with asynchronous deliveries based on a lot of data analysis and customer behavior.

If you are a talented Product Designer, let’s build life-changing experiences for our product and transform the payments industry in Brazil.

What You'll Be Doing
You should be comfortable building new landing pages using the Webflow tool, building new visual components for the pages and making recurring adjustments to visual and textual content.

Some of the challenges in the Design area you will help to solve:

    • Design new visual components for landing pages.
    • Improve the usability of our application flows.
    • Propose design improvements.
    • Work side by side with different professionals to ensure the visual response will be cohesive.
    • Be a guardian of our style guide, improving it constantly, and taking good care of all our digital assets.
    • Recurring content adjustments suggested by the Growth Team.

What You Need To Succeed:

    • Have a portfolio featuring examples of website development, particularly in Webflow and ease of use of Figma
    • Experience designing for a responsive mobile and desktop web experience.
    • Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior.
    • Clean visual design sense.
    • Ease of use of Figma, especially for organizing, documenting and formatting assets.

Which Can Be a Plus:

    • Ability to leverage JavaScript for enhancing Webflow interactions and functionalities.
    • Experience working as a Product or UX/UI Design,
    • Knowledge of Page Performance Optimization and SEO, particularly in Webflow.
    • Experience working with Framework/Design System in Webflow,
    • Experience with implementing CMS in Webflow to improve website performance and speed globally.
We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps.
As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.

Diversity and Inclusion
We believe in social inclusion, respect, and appreciation of all people. We promote a welcoming work environment, where each CloudWalker can be authentic, regardless of gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexuality, mobility, disability, or education.
