What you will be doing
- Execute routine activities like accounts payable, reporting and reconciliations.
- Assist the Accounting team in automating journal entry routines on ERP and other platforms.
- Help the Financial team develop, update, and control spreadsheets.
- Design and implement Data Mining and Analysis tools to empower decision-making across the company.
- We need someone to help us set up the operation, monitor it daily, prepare reports, and perform reconciliations.
What you need to succeed
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Understanding of accounting principles and cash management routines.
- Strong skills in data analysis, logic, and inference.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of financial math.
- Familiarity with Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen/BCB) regulations and reporting.
- Experience with ERP software (SAP or similar systems).
