What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions that power our core financial products
- Integrate machine learning models into our systems, enhancing our ability to serve users effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize data pipelines for efficient processing and analysis, driving insights that shape our strategies
- Contribute to engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD
What You Need to Succeed
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with a strong drive to leverage AI tools in your daily work
- Strong proficiency in at least one of our core technologies: Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with web development frameworks and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of cloud platforms
- Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with database technologies and data analytics skills, including experience with data manipulation and visualization
- Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD
- Strong communication skills in English
