Data Analyst (Conversational AI)

We’re looking for a data-driven explorer to turn messy, multi-modal signals into real customer magic. You’ll be digging into the dialogue between humans and LLMs, uncovering insights that drive product evolution and shape how millions interact with our AI-powered support platform.

What you'll do:

    • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making in a LLM-based customer support application.
    • Extract insights from both structured and unstructured data.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business and product metrics, ensuring stakeholders have access to clear and accurate insights.
    • Help design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests), including statistical analysis and interpretation of outcomes.
    • Contribute to defining and refining KPIs, metric definitions, and data taxonomies that align with business goals.
    • Communicate findings through clear data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, uncover new insights, and drive efficiency through automation and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • Fluency in Python.
    • Usage of LLMs as a performance-enhancing tool.
    • Initiative to learn, investigate, experiment, and self-manage.
    • Capability to communicate effectively with multiple teams, both in English and in Portuguese.
    • Solid Data Visualization and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Experience with unstructured data analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of statistical analyses and methodologies.

Nice to have:

    • Experience with BigQuery as a SQL and as a data warehousing service.
    • Knowledge of ETL frameworks like Airflow
    • Familiarity with trace analysis methods (Langfuse, Deepeval, Langsmith, etc.)
    • Experience with vector database tools like PGVector
