The Role: Junior Supply Chain Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be supporting problem-solving initiatives across Inventory and Procurement function responsibilities, ensuring effective and efficient operations within the supply chain. You will work closely with the APAC Inventory Controller and Strategic Procurement Manager to standardize processes, support system development, and maintain robust inventory control documentation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support problem-solving efforts across Inventory and Procurement functions.
Collaborate with the APAC Inventory Controller to achieve process standardization.
Assist in the sourcing and tendering processes for non-battery-related categories.
Create and maintain inventory control processes and associated documentation.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports using Business Intelligence tools.
Further Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Planning and Procurement Manager.
Triage inventory system issues for Operations and Supply Chain teams.
Minimum Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· Open to university graduates from SCM/Business/Engineering degree.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Exceptional time management and critical thinking skills.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
· Experience in category management is a plus.
· A qualification from ASCI or CIPS will be an advantage.
· Experience with Warehouse/Logistics Management and lean systems would be great
