Clubhouse is a new type of social product based on voice. It allows people everywhere to talk, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet interesting new people around the world.

Our early users love the product and we have been featured in publications like The New York Times, Forbes, The Telegraph, TechCrunch, CNBC, and WIRED. Today, we are a small and productive team with a strong background in consumer products. We are well funded, with recent backing from top-tier VCs and many of the best angel investors from Silicon Valley and beyond.

The Role

As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work closely with our founders, product, design, and creators and community team to help us build incredible experiences for brands around the world. During the pandemic, we are working remotely. This role will be open to both local and US-based, remote candidates. We will have an office in San Francisco when we are able to safely reopen our office for those who prefer to work in person.

You are experienced. You have extensive experience as a brand architect, storyteller and business strategist. You have a proven track record of bringing breakthrough ideas and collaborations to the biggest brands and in the world. You pride yourself on being strategic and influencing partners to explore new ideas and new worlds. 

You are a self-driven creative thinker. You are prepared to roll up your sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You’re creative, open-minded, persistent and highly collaborative - all important attributes in order to interact with internal teams and external partners. 

You bias towards action. You like to build and develop - favoring practical choices, speed and a respect for sequencing. You focus on the things that matter and push back on things that don’t. You make deadlines for yourself and you move fast.

You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with not knowing the answer to something. You are willing to roll up your sleeves no matter what the challenge is.

You take pride in what you do. You care deeply about your work. You read through details and think about every bit of the brand and its unique challenges. If something seems off, you come up with a good solution and fix it without being asked to do so. You’re proactive with suggestions and people know they can count on you to get things done.

What you will do

You’ll shape our approach to working with brands. As part of the Clubhouse team, you will move fast and shape the future. You’ll lead the development and execution of strategic marketing partnerships -- both commercial partnerships and revenue driving opportunities. This role combines new business development to attract new audiences to Clubhouse, engaging ideas that utilize the magic of the platform, and building long-term relationships that will help inspire our approach to revenue with brands.
