Clubhouse is a new type of social product based on voice. It allows people everywhere to talk, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet interesting new people around the world.
We launched in 2020 and have grown very quickly in the time since. Each day, millions of people are now exploring the hallways of Clubhouse, creating hundreds of thousands of rooms. The average listener spends over 70 minutes a day in the app, and they close it feeling better than they did when they opened it.

As a member of the Community Growth team, you’ll be focused on growing communities on Clubhouse through various tactics, tests and growth hacks. By nature, the role is cross-functional and will work closely with marketings, comms, operations, product and data.
In this role, you will report to our Head of Community Growth with extremely high exposure to our leadership team. We are a remote friendly-company — with our headquarters in San Francisco and a strong commitment to ensuring people can do great work here and thrive without having to live near an office. This role is open to candidates across the U.S.

What you will do
You’ll grow communities. As part of the Community Growth teams, we’ll be leveraging various growth ops initiatives to get Clubhouse into all the communities in the world! Whether it’s colleges, gaming communities or NYC-friends, you’ll be driving zero-to-one growth and playbooks for Clubhouse.
You’ll shape our strategy. You will be in the trenches with our users getting their feedback, suggestions and frustrations. By doing so, you’ll have a differentially strong view of what our users really want and will inform our broader strategy and product roadmap. Your ideas will always be heard.
Your work will vary and evolve over time and will cover multiple disciplines. On a given day, you may be working with college ambassadors to tip colleges, getting deep into data to answer strategic questions, deploying bold growth hacks and briefing our company leaders!
