Clubhouse is a new type of social product based on voice. It allows people everywhere to talk, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet interesting new people around the world.

Our early users love the product and we have been featured in publications like The New York Times, Forbes, The Telegraph, TechCrunch, CNBC, and WIRED. Today, we are a small and productive team with a strong background in consumer products. We are well funded, with recent backing from top-tier VCs and many of the best angel investors from Silicon Valley and beyond.

The Role

As a member of the international team, you’ll work closely with our Indian community, creators and partners to help build a world-class Clubhouse experience. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding creators to the Clubhouse platform via direct sourcing or through strategic partnerships with creators in India and brands, and for maintaining relationships with our top creators, influencers and brands in India. 

During the pandemic, we are working remotely. This role is for someone based in India or who works within the IST time zone.

Who you are

You love discovering new talent. This role identifies and engages our top content creators in India — a group that’s quickly growing. Many of these creators are responsible for some of the most interesting conversations and moments on Clubhouse and are building the media companies of the future. You will be responsible for ensuring that creators in India are equipped with the tools and resources they need to  achieve success on the platform.

You are a relationship builder. You see the potential in partnering with like-minded media organizations, brands and more. You understand how to leverage these opportunities for on-platform creators and grow our regional audience and press coverage. You have a history of working with and on-boarding partners and have a rolodex of contacts to hit the ground running. 

You believe everyone has a voice. We believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. What will you do

You’ll work with the world’s most innovative creators.  As part of the Clubhouse team, you will move fast. As part of the community and creators team, you’ll be responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with our top audio creators and best in class community members. You will be responsible for providing the insight, strategy, education, tools and overall support that make it possible for creators to express their creative ideas and help build and engage their audiences.
