Because CNM consistently beats target plans for continued organic growth, service line diversification and for geographical expansion, the team is currently searching for a Resource Associate to join our Operations (OPS) team.


    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling:
    • Proactively manage Project Teams and individual schedules
    • Host recurring and ad hoc scheduling calls to manage scheduling conflicts with the goal of providing superior client delivery and service
    • Liaise with Project Managers and Service Line leaders, as needed
    • Actively manage employee availability with the goal to maximize utilization
    • Team with various groups and individuals to discover new ways to optimize the scheduling process and reduce overall availability
    • Independent Consultants - Champion contractor relationships, to include:
    • Proactively confirming availability
    • Scheduling support across the firm within target margins
    • Invoice approvals
    • Contractor database management
    • Serve as the point-of-contact for all contractor relationships
    • Connect and vet contractors with Project Managers in need of support
    • Timekeeping:
    • Serve as Project Manager for Administrative tasks and approve billable timesheets
    • Team with Managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of time entry
    • Serve as Timesheet Administrator, uphold and report on deviations to current CNM timekeeping policies and procedures
    • Leave Requests:
    • Serve as CNM Leave Request Administrator and approve/modify leave requests while ensuring scheduling accuracy

In addition to the above functional areas, the Resource Management Associate will be required to:

    • Become a functional expert for the scheduling processes and procedures
    • Be competent in MS Excel, including pivot tables and specialized formulas
    • Rise to the challenge of the fast-paced, dynamic nature of our business
    • Adapt to changes in business cycles, such as seasonality
    • Be comfortable, confident, and assertive while working with Senior Leaders
    • Assist and collaborate with team members
    • Oversee the project lifecycle of all billable projects in all operating regions
    • Predict and manage future billable projects
    • Forecast resource capacity
    • Backfill the Resource Manager, as needed

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communicator, written and spoken
    • Ability to conduct heavy data entry while being stationary for long periods of time
    • Computer savvy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Cloud Computing, etc.)
    • Keen attention to detail, able to find small errors in large/long sequences of numbers
    • Highly organized, enabling another person to fill in for you on a moment’s notice
    • Ability to manage numerous competing priorities
    • Competent with new and old technology
