CNM is looking for a proactive, intrinsically motivated, and excellent business communicator to join our Operations Team as a Part Time Office Administrator at our Manhattan office.

Monday thru Thursday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM


    • Monitoring and maintenance of all office entry protocols and documentation for employees, visitors, and vendors
    • Maintenance of common areas and conference rooms throughout the day to ensure adequate supplies and office compliance
    • Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering all office and kitchen equipment and supplies
    • Receive, sort, and route all mail including FedEx and other carriers.
    • Provide scanning support as needed for all departments
    • Internal team event coordination including sourcing and liaising with suitable venues, coordinating invitations for team members
    • Administrative workflows and checklists related to onboarding employees
    • Ad hoc PowerPoint and Excel Projects to support presentations and meetings
    • Ad hoc support for client projects
    • Schedule office meetings, training seminars, and other events
    • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties (filing, copying, collating, call-logs, etc.)
    • Assist and collaborate with the Operations Team on ad hoc projects (Marketing, IT, Accounting, etc.)


    • Prefer college degree (either completed or in progress)
    • Superb attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • Strong writing skills with proficiency in professional business communications
    • Able to manage and prioritize numerous projects
    • Able to collaborate with all levels across the firm
    • Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine "can-do" attitude
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skillset
    • Self-starter; eager to learn and assist the Business
    • Comfortable with asking clarifying questions, as needed
    • Able to sit for long periods of time
    • Able to lift 25 pounds unassisted
