POSITION OVERVIEW

 As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Practice Lead at Coalescence Cloud, you will lead the design and development of advanced analytics solutions across Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Data Cloud, and Agentforce. In this pivotal role, you’ll be hands-on in crafting scalable solutions, building proof-of-concepts, and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights. You’ll contribute across the project lifecycle, from pre-sales strategy through post-sales execution, while laying the foundation for a growing practice.

 This role offers a clear path to evolve into a Director of Salesforce Analytics, AI & Insights, with the autonomy to shape the vision, tools, and team behind our analytics and AI strategy. As Practice Lead, you’ll blend technical leadership with strategic foresight—mentoring talent, setting delivery standards, and establishing Coalescence as a trusted expert in the Salesforce analytics ecosystem. You'll work closely with executive leadership to build a practice that is as innovative as it is impactful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively design and implement advanced analytics solutions using CRMA and Salesforce Data Cloud.
    • Develop dashboards, datasets, dataflows, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business value and platform capabilities.
    • Serve as technical advisor and escalation point for complex analytics and integration challenges across projects.
    • Establish and lead Coalescences' Salesforce Analytics, AI & Insights practice, with initial focus on CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
    • Define practice standards, delivery frameworks, and technical accelerators to support consistent, high-quality execution.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to support go-to-market planning, pre-sales solutioning, and pipeline development.
    • Assist in the interview process, onboard, and mentor a growing team of consultants and analysts specializing in Salesforce analytics and AI.
    • Provide technical and professional development coaching to support career growth within the practice.
    • Stay current on Salesforce’s evolving analytics, AI, and Data Cloud roadmap, ensuring the practice adapts to new features and market trends.
    • Create internal and external thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, and solution showcases.
    • Represent Coalescence at Salesforce events, user groups, and partner forums.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience primarily focused on CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
    • Proven experience leading solution design and delivery for complex Salesforce analytics and data projects.
    • Deep understanding of dataflows, datasets, recipes, bindings, and dashboard optimization in CRMA.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, unification, and activation processes.
    • Experience with prompt building, Agentforce, and grounding techniques.
    • Strong communication skills with experience in pre-sales, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, ingestion, and activation.
    • Familiarity with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and grounding techniques.
    • Salesforce certifications including: CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Data Architect.
    • Prior leadership experience in a consulting or delivery practice environment.
$170,000 - $200,000 a year
