Job Responsibilities:
Delivery of the employee and manager experience across the employment lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, background checks, promotions, employee changes and probationary check ins.
Management of HRIS management and accurate record keeping of all personnel files
Assist in the planning and executing of employee wellbeing (Thrive), engagement programs across International Markets
Support the execution of HR projects and strategic initiatives across the global P&C team
Compile data and prepare regular reports on HR metrics ( turnover, engagement, compliance) to support decision making
Produce a summary of monthly payroll changes to be shared with the Payroll Specialist
Initial point of contact for any P&C queries across the International Market Region

Requirement:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field2 + years of experience within HR ideally supporting regional or global teams
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to support both local and global teams
Exposure to Australian Employment Laws (desirable)Demonstrated ability to work across different timezones, cultures with sensitivity and adaptability
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient in executing core HR processes (onboarding, employee data management, contract handling)
Deep understanding of labor laws, employment regulations and HR practices
Ability to communicate clearly across timezones
Strong attention to detail
Strong internal customer service mindset, responsive, helpful and solutions focused
Competence in using HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Ability to manage, track and verify HR data with precision
