System and Content Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
-Configure, maintain and trouble systems (hardware and software) for deployment environments
-Collaborate with engineering to resolve complex system level issues
-Assist with pre-deployment planning and set up validation as requested by clients, project teams and content service teams
-Act as escalation point for complex issues raised by support teams
-Liase with product, engineering, QA and support teams to close the loop on bugs, enhancements and documentation
-Address and resolve content service and content support tickets
-Provide operation and maintenance of Coates China Test Plant, including equipment and network support for Coates China Test Plant
-Continuously review and improve documentation and deployment processes based on field feedback
-Compose knowledge articles on resolutions provided for future internal/external use
-Ensure timely, high-quality resolutions and follow ups to build customer trust and satisfaction
-Provide deployment services for company CMS product enablement, system or feature upgrades for new markets.
¥110,000 - ¥151,000 a year
Qualification and Requirement:
-Experience working in an agile software development environment
-Background in IT systems, networking, hardware and software integration and technical support
-Familiar with Linux (Ubuntu) and able to write Shell language
-Have basic knowledge of computer network (LAN, WAN), and understand HTML/CSS/Java Script/PHP
