Our business is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support our EU market. This role will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and monitoring of logistics operations which include warehousing, inventory management, transportation & regional supply chain processes associated with various deployment projects. In this role you will work closely with the regional logistics service providers & international stakeholders to deliver the main objective – delivering material on time to Coates customers.

In this role you will be required to

    • Co-ordinate the supply chain of all ‘procure to stock’ & ‘procure to order’ material across all sites within EU
    • Supervise inventory, replenishments, transportation, and logistics processes with our 3PLs
    • Partner and communicate with the Coates Replenishment team in China, logistics service providers & the Project Management team daily
    • Work closely with logistics service providers to ensure all processes are defined and flow seamlessly, ensuring documentation is stored and available for future access
    • Generate documentation required to enable pick, pack & dispatch of products
    • Key contact for site/order delivery and inventory holdings & availability
    • Make sure installation partners are contacted as required, sharing information of upcoming deliveries & schedule changes
    • Approval of invoices associated with storage & regional distribution
    • Raise purchase orders when required and coordinate deliveries with our suppliers
    • Ensure that quality, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
    • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications and Experience

    • 5+ year experience in supply chain management
    • BAC +3 - 5 in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
    • APICS certification in Supply Chain Management (desirable)
    • Strong focus on process management & co-ordination of multiple stakeholders
    • Collaborative & engaging communicator, able to provide clear direction without ambiguity
    • Critical thinking & decision-making ability
    • Highly agile and can pivot between priorities quickly with the skillset to multi-task and work on many programs of works at once
    • Ability to work under planned deadlines
    • Able to convey clear & precise status updates and escalate change decisions where necessary with the project management team
    • Comfortable working with ERP (Exact), MRP and advanced functions of Excel
    • Basics of SCM appreciated
    • Fluent in French and English
    • Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, hybrid 2 days onsite
