Product Marketing Manager
As part of the business objective to expand our product offerings and grow our client base, we are looking to further strengthen our product marketing capabilities within the marketing organization. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Product Marketing Director in collaborating with product, tech, marketing, and sales (commercial & account) to support the development, positioning & messaging, launch & go-to-market plans for all Coates’ hardware, software, and services solutions.
·        Support the director in the development of product naming strategy, articulation, and positioning.
·        Collaborate with commercial & account to create & manage value propositions aligned to key target audiences.
·        Create and manage product messaging matrices in collaboration with Product & Tech for all hardware, software & service solutions.
·        Collaborate with product & commercial on GTM Planning for New Products & lifecycle management for existing products
·        Partner with product, tech, commercial & marketing to execute and optimize our launch process.
·        Own strategy & development of supporting sales & marketing materials in collaboration with brand & design & guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.
·        Collaborate on product demonstrations at internal & external conferences and meetings
·        Generate customer case studies & white papers
Success Factors:
·        Successful collaboration with Product & Tech partners
·        Successful collaboration with Commercial & Account partners
·        Application of product marketing/management workflow principles
·        Effective management and maximization of PM budget
·        Timely execution of GTM project deliverables
·        Elevated knowledge of Coates’ internal team members regarding our product portfolio
·        Ease of access to effective product marketing  tools and resources
Qualifications & Experience:
·        3-5 years experience in Product Marketing or a related function, preferably with strong B2B experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
·        Experience launching & growing global software & hardware products
·        Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers, engineers, etc.
·        Understanding of or experience in QSR or the restaurant industry a plus
·        Experience launching/marketing SaaS products and CMS solutions a plus
·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional & international teams
·        Impeccable writing skills and ability to manage customer-facing  copy
·        Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
·        Ability to make data-informed decisions under uncertain circumstances
·        Ability to operate and thrive autonomously
