As a member of Global Shared Service team, the role responsible for quote/order entry and the processing of sales orders. Collaborate with multiple team, create quote and send quote to customer via platform(Eg: automated platform ). Maintain and execute the flatform as per transaction report. Coordinates the information flows between the different actors of the operational team. Accountable for the data accuracy and reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
• ERP system operation and coordination and administrative functions for quotation, export related sales, shipments and projects
• Have an intimate knowledge of multiple platform operation with high data accuracy.
• Fulfill sales orders as per the transaction documents from warehouses in high accuracy and on time to ensure SO can be invoiced and healthy company cash flow.
• Process the transactional Order receipt & fulfilment processes for required markets, allowing improved inventory book to book accuracy between 3PLs and Coates systems
• Operate and maintain Sales order in flatform timely and accurately in accordance with KPI’s
• From backend, match invoices and Pos and receipt the as per transactional report.
• Acts as communication link to multiple parties to ensure problems are resolves that ensure ERP data is correct.
• Assist Sales/Project/Managers with ad hoc tasks and duties
¥8,000 - ¥12,000 a month
Role Requirements：
• 5 years trading/retail company experience background in supply chain/sales Operation/share service . Familiar with how the company operation process, strong understand how the client/sales/development team work process
• End to end involvement from initial order request to completion of project/invoice.
• Proactively to drive value and communication skills
• Team player , can drive towards the common goal and preferably have extensive in new development
• Strong business mindset with customer focus
• Cost saving mindset
• Attention to detail
• Result-oriented
• Follow process strictly and know the basic logic of “WHY” doing it.
