Responsabilités :
Responsable du bon déploiement des contenus en production de la phase de réception du brief au déploiement en production.Point de contact auprès des équipes internes et client pour toutes les demandes liées aux services de gestion des contenus.Garant de toutes les évolutions du parcours client.Analyse des besoins du client et leur proposer des recommandations adéquates.Priorisation des demandes et respect des timings.Maintenir à jour la documentation et respecter les processus établis.Support: résoudre ou escalader les problèmes de contenus rencontrés par les restaurants.Facturation : collecte de données pour toutes les demandes de gestion de contenu
Compétences clés:
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle et prioriser efficacement.Bon niveau d'anglais à l'oral et excellent à l'écrit (collaboration dans un environnement international avec équipes internes en Australie en Chine et aux Pays-bas)Approche rigoureuse, structurée et orientée solutions.Connaissance des systèmes de gestion des contenus (CMS)Clarté et concision dans les échanges écrits et oraux.Capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs et à être force de proposition
Profil recherché :
Bac + 5 en marketing digital, communication et/ou gestion de projet.Première expérience (stage ou alternance) dans un rôle similaire est un plus.Intérêt pour le digital et l’expérience utilisateur.
English Translation:
The Junior Content Manager plays a key supporting role in the planning, development, and execution of content strategies across digital platforms for Coates Group clients, including McDonald’s. This position helps ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of content that enhances the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
This role will be responsible for
- Stakeholders collaboration : External (Markets) & Internal (Content Managers, support, operation teams) point of contact for content services related requests
- Involvement in continuous Content management for BAU markets (Campaigns, change requests etc)
- Logging & prioritizing requests in collaboration with Content services team, managing content delivery timelines with the customer
- Ensuring that multiple requests are managed/ completed across European markets and meet deadlines.
- Being an expert of customer journeys on Switchboard to be able to determine appropriate solution and make relevant recommendations to clients
- Performance reporting (content requests tracker is kept up to date)
- Data collection for new store locations (Software installations)
- Directing client escalations and issues to relevant internal teams
- Workload management – be able to anticipate and rise alerts on time
- Invoicing : data collection for all content management requests, making sure invoicing file is up to date and content requests are correctly invoiced.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the digital signage and integration technology industry is desired, but not required
- Proven experience in a similar role within an operational or operational support or in a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrable experience working on enterprise digital software projects.
- Front-End web design experience preferred but not required
- Proven experience and knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks
- Environment with a strong knowledge of the software development processes.
