The Marketing Project Manager role is designed to establish and enhance project management standards and processes within the Coates Group Client Services team, ensuring the effective delivery of digital advertising and promotional projects. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, optimizing resource management, and spearheading change to streamline business processes. The impact on the business includes improved project outcomes, enhanced client satisfaction, and stronger vendor relationships, ultimately contributing to the company's strategic goals in the digital marketing sphere.
 
Responsibilities:
·        Successful delivery of digital projects adhering to time, cost, and quality standards
·        Implementation and evolution of project management methodologies across functions
·        Coordination of cross-functional teams, including internal developers and external stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution
·        Risk management and development of contingency plans for project
·        Creation and maintenance of key project documentation, including project plans, charters, SOWs, RAID Logs, and RACI matrices
·        Monitoring of financial aspects, including budget adherence and reporting
·        Collection and definition of project requirements in collaboration with marketing clients and global teams.
·        Measurement of project success against established KPIs and objectives.
·        Ensuring a smooth transition of deliverables from design to production/operations teams.
Success Factors:
·        Achievement of project deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
·        Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from clients and team members.
·        Effective management of project risks and issues with minimal disruptions.
·        Alignment of project outcomes with business strategies and market trends.
·        Efficient utilization and management of project resources.
·        Contributions to the improvement of internal processes and project management standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
·        Proven project management expertise with a history of delivering full lifecycle projects.
·        Excellent grasp of Project Management fundamentals.
·        Background in digital marketing with a strategic and roadmap-focused approach.
·        Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
·        Experience in Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration, and Asset Management.
·        Track record of successful digital marketing product launches.
·        Familiarity with enterprise and cloud-hosted products and environments.
·        A degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
·        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
