You will need a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, working cross functionally with our global partnerships, partnerships marketing, digital marketing, product operations, data science, product, and finance teams to deliver outstanding marketing programs and customer experiences across markets globally. 

As a Marketing Operations Associate in the Consumer Marketing team, you will be primarily responsible for championing executional and operational excellence in going to market with title campaigns by (1) delivering a world-class shopping experience on our websites (Codashop and publisher Custom Commerce websites), (2) communicating with consumers using owned and operated marketing channels (website placements, email/push notifications/WhatsApp channels, organic social media)

Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Manage campaigns for our partners, from receiving briefs from Partnerships Marketing team to planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns. 
    • Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally within different verticals such as global partnerships, partnerships marketing, digital marketing, product operations, data science, product, and finance teams.
    • Platform Stewardship: Execute owned & operated (O&O) channels (website placements, email/push notifications/WhatsApp channels, organic social media) through internal and external platforms.
    • Metrics and Analytics: Stay accountable for KPIs and track and improve the performance of our O&O marketing channels. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
    • Market Research: Conduct informal market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. 
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Brand and Design team to create compelling marketing content such as creative writing, image assets, landing pages, videos, and case studies to promote our products and services. 

Requirements:

    • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing (website, email marketing, social marketing preferred). 
    • Strong analytical mindset and a track record of using data insights to drive growth programs. 
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills. 
    • Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Familiarity with Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Workspace products. 
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience in finance technology and/or ecommerce preferred.
