We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated and energetic to join our team. Your focus will be to apply our top-of-funnel strategies on the outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification front. SDRs focus on connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits. You will report to the Director of Business Development and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is full-time and 100% remote!.

What you´ll do:

    • In our fast-paced, high-growth environment:
    • You will be responsible for establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings. 
    • You will Identify and schedule qualified leads for our Account Executive team to close, gaining the confidence and trust of the leaders of digital business ecosystems at prospective customer organizations.
    • You will monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representative.
    • You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills as we grow our client base of F500 firms, innovative tech companies, partnerships, and acquisitions. Your performance will be measured on the basis of monthly and quarterly goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify opportunities where Codelittt can bring significant business value to the customer
    • Conduct high-impact outreach campaigns using various online mechanisms such as email, LinkedIn, and social media.
    • Work closely with the sales team to win new business and accelerate sales cycles.
    • Assist sales team with discovery process using Sales intelligence tools.
    • Support the sales team to drive qualified leads to the pipeline


    • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
    • Outstanding communications with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
    • Creative thinker, flexible, and able to pivot.
    • Solid understanding of the business process, roles, and organizational structure
    • Passionate collaborator with an “All in it Together” mentality.
    • Previous experience in sales development, marketing, and/or sales 
    • 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment or recent college graduates in related fields English - Fluent. 
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications. 
    • Tech Industry and/or Tech services experience.

    • Really Nice to Have:
    • Business degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Entrepreneurial and/or Start-up experience.
    • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and GSuite.
