About the Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs focus on connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits. This role reports to the Director of Business Development and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is full-time and 100% remote!

What you’ll do:
In our fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll be responsible for establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings. You will monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills as we grow our client base of F500 firms, innovative tech companies, partnerships, and acquisitions.

    • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
    • Outstanding communications with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
    • Creative thinker, flexible, and ability to pivot
    • Solid understanding of the business process, roles, and organizational structure
    • Passionate collaborator with an “All in it Together” mentality
    • Previous experience in sales development, marketing, and/or sales 
    • 2+ years work experience in a professional environment or recent college graduates in related fields
    • English - Fluent  
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications

    • Business degree or equivalent work experience
    • Entrepreneurial and/or Start-up experience
    • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, GSuite
