We are looking to hire an engineering manager with strong experience in developing the team to ensure quality end products to join our growing global, diverse and collaborative team, supporting several complex projects.

This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and partners with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is full-time and 100% remote!

What you ´ll do:

    • Leading a set of small teams through management and mentorship.
    • Contributing to recruitment activities.
    • Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
    • Preparing and optimizing budgets. Recommending technological developments and improvements inefficiency. Developing the team to ensure quality end products.
    • You'll work cross-functionally to problem-solve, communicate consistently and align solutions.
    • You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills as we grow our client base of F500 firms, innovative tech companies, partnerships, and acquisitions.
    • Set the culture for a strong engineering organization that aligns with company values and maintains our vision.

Requirements:

    • Engineering or similar degree.
    • Strong organizational leadership skills.
    • 8+ years of engineering experience, ideally 2+ in SaaS
    • 2+ years of experience managing teams with 5+ engineers
    • Strong knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and staying up to speed on the latest technologies
    • Must be knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices The ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and technologies
    • A proven ability to impact business goals in a high-growth startup environment.
    • English - Conversational
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications
