We are looking for an experienced and driven Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. As a core member of our development group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, high-stakes projects that push the boundaries of technology. Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices

Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Ensure clean code practices: TDD, performance, and security

Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews

Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes

5+ years of experience as a backend developer

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot

Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)

Familiarity with version control tools (Git)

Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams

Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (preferably AWS)

Knowledge of NoSQL databases

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Experience in financial industry projects

Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
