In this role, you'll lead the modernization of high-impact enterprise platforms by applying advanced data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-regional teams, guide architecture and modeling decisions, and mentor developers — all while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that drive measurable business results.
What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
Mine and analyze complex datasets to extract insights and build predictive models.
Develop and deploy scalable ML models (fraud detection, anomaly detection, optimization).
Lead architecture and ensure performance, security, and model quality.
Drive experimentation (A/B testing) and CI/CD for ML pipelines in the cloud.
Mentor data scientists and collaborate across teams globally.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on data science experience in applied ML and statistics.
Proven track record as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Data Engineer.
4+ years of experience in Python, SQL, Spark.
Strong experience with data experimentation (A/B testing).
Familiarity with AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Glue, etc.) for deploying ML models.
Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily remote collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Nice to Have
Background in payments or financial systems.
Experience with real-time, customer-facing ML applications.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Recharts, Victory, D3).
Knowledge of modern backend frameworks (NestJS, Fastify, GraphQL APIs).
Exposure to AI/LLM-based workflows, automation, or NLP.
