POSITION

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. If you have a passion for enabling senior leadership to operate at their highest level by providing seamless administrative and strategic support, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Manage the CEO’s daily and long-term calendar; plan, organize, and reschedule meetings, events, and appointments when necessary
·  Prepare and manage documents, emails, and other materials in line with the CEO’s needs
·  Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external contacts to coordinate meetings and follow-ups
·  Handle busy schedules and shifting priorities with discretion and good judgment
·  Stay one step ahead of the CEO’s needs to keep daily operations running smoothly
·  Set meeting agendas, take notes, follow up on action items, and share outcomes with the right people
·  Manage multiple tasks at once while staying calm and organized
·  Arrange all travel plans for the CEO — including flights, accommodation, and local transportation
·  Support more complex travel needs like visa applications or last-minute changes when necessary
·  Take on other tasks and projects that help the CEO stay focused and effective

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Professional experience as an executive assistant in dynamic and fast-paced organizational environments
·  Fluency in English, both written and spoken (must)
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Excellent skills in time management, planning, and organization
·  Experience in preparing reports and presentations
·  Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
·  Self-motivated with a solution-oriented working style
