POSITION
At Codeway, we believe strong legal foundations are essential to building world-class digital products. As a Legal Operations Intern, you’ll gain first-hand experience at the crossroads of technology, business, and law—where strategic thinking meets real-world execution. You’ll work side-by-side with our Legal, Product, and Marketing teams, supporting everything from copyright protection to platform compliance. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
· Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to assist and coordinate Copyright and Intellectual Property processes.
· Support all relevant legal processes across the company, from documentation and compliance to stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of legal operations.
· Provide support to anti-piracy and copyright processes for our products and marketing activities by managing, monitoring, and documenting.
· Conduct extensive research and investigation on social media and advertisement platforms to identify potential infringement of intellectual property rights. Utilize research tools and methods, including web crawling and manual review.
· Take full ownership of the simple legal operations behind Codeway Products.
· Manage communication with our key platform partners such as Facebook, TikTok, Apple, and Google.
· Conduct research to stay updated on the latest digital piracy methods, trends, and significant developments.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Law, or a related field — preferably in your 3rd or 4th year. (Availability to work at least 3 days a week.)
· Strong interest in technology, mobile apps, digital platforms, and the current business operations behind them.
· Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to document processes accurately.
· Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
· Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts is a plus.
· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
