What You'll Be Doing
 
·       Assist in the translation of content from source language to target language.
·       Collaborate with the localization team to facilitate the completion of localization projects, including communication with translators and tracking project progress.
·       Perform quality assurance checks on localized content, such as checking for accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
·       Help to develop and maintain localization style guides, glossaries, and other reference materials to ensure consistency across localized content.
·       Analyze data related to localization projects to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
·       Support the development of localized content for different regions and markets, ensuring that content is appropriate for the local culture and language.
·       Answering customer inquiries using different communication channels such as email, phone or live chat.
·       Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
·       Assist with creating customer success metrics and reports.
·       Collaborate with other teams, such as product, marketing, content creators, designers, and engineers. 
 
 
What You'll Bring
 
·       Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
·       Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
·       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
·       Sensitivity to cultural nuances and an understanding of how to localize content for different markets, maintaining the brand voice and tone.
·       Familiarity with content localization tools and processes is a plus.
·       Basic understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies.
·       Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
·       Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn quickly.
