Position

Here at Codeway, we run a 360° brand marketing and employer branding strategy that moves our company culture forward while expanding Codeway’s brand awareness both among our team and on a global level. We are looking for an exceptional Brand Marketing Intern (Event) who will help us level up our branding game and create a unique brand identity centered around #CodewayLifestyle.

As a member of our Brand Marketing team, you will enhance your creative and organizational capabilities while being responsible for arranging some of the best parties in town, the most unique corporate events, exceptional happy hours, workshops, celebrations, and more! Your role will involve closely monitoring the atmosphere at the office and planning engaging events for the Codeway team.

As a Brand Marketing Intern at Codeway, you will receive full support on your professional development as you want to level up your skills.
This is an internship where you'd need to be in the office at least three days a week and work a total of at least four days a week. If we mutually agree, it could turn into a full-time position in the future.

·       Having a ready-made aesthetic vision and perspective helps us create the most engaging and visually appealing events.
·       Possessing or developing a robust social network that enables you to connect with top people in various fields, essential for creating unique and successful events.
·       Ability to manage freelance teams and write high-quality briefs/feedback on creative assets
·       Great interpersonal and communication skills to establish perfect relationships with the internal and external stakeholders related to event organization. Making them feel involved in the process and creating a team spirit
·       Knowledge of merchandise production processes. Ability and passion for finding the most unique merchandises and capability to make them real by reaching out to the right people
·       Ability to run a project from start to finish with great organizational and operational skills
·       Possess a strong capability to stay abreast of global trends, identifying and following the highest-quality benchmarks in the industry on the global standards
·       Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and dynamic environment. Multitasking and time-management abilities.
·       Ability to make computer related tasks in a clean and organized manner
·       Willingness to take the ownership of event organizations, ability to work autonomously


What You’ll be Doing

·       Drive our employer branding efforts by organizing some of the most unique and engaging events, happy hours, workshops, celebrations, and more!
·       Oversee the entire event organization process, from creative strategy development to planning, operations, and execution
·       Infuse creativity and unique elements into events by incorporating the #CodewayLifestyle, transforming ordinary gatherings into extraordinary experiences
·       Finding and reaching to the key individuals and establishments crucial for bringing our visions to life, both in the preparation for and execution of the event
·       Maintaining perfect and smooth communication with the team and consistently embodying the #CodewayLifestyle in all aspects of your role.
·       Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure events are executed within the established timeline, quality standards, and budget
·       Carrying out and handing out all tasks related to the event organization such as finding locations, artist management, stage design, etc. 
·       Carrying out the merchandise production process for events
·       Finding creative solutions for problems we might encounter during the event organization process
·       Keeping your passion to always reach for the best and making something unique
