What You’ll be Doing
· Work closely with the product team to ensure successful adoption and use of our product.
· Answering customer inquiries using different communication channels such as email, phone or live chat.
· Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
· Assist with creating customer success metrics and reports.
· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product to exceptional customer experiences.

· Ability to use necessary reporting and bug-finding tools for app testing.
