In the dynamic world of product development, where every decision shapes the future, Codeway is on the lookout for a dynamic Product Owner to spearhead our path to success across multiple products.
Central to your mission will be understanding the unique needs of each team and orchestrating engineering efforts to match. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that our development roadmap reflects our commitment to delivering value to our users.
In essence, we're seeking a Product Owner who isn't just ready to join the journey but is eager to lead it, bringing clarity, vision, and a relentless drive for excellence to our team.


·      Manage the product backlog
·      Work with multiple products simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring efficient resource allocation across projects
·      Work extensively on the requirements, making sure all the tangible details and use cases are captured effectively
·      Own the product requirements document
·      Take ownership of UI/UX decisions, guiding the design process and ensuring that user experience considerations are integrated seamlessly into product development
·      Tracking key metrics that determine the performance and profitability of our products, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
·      Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine business plans for each product, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands
·      Work with the engineering team to break down the requirements into a delivery caddence
·      Actively attend sprint planning and other agile ceremonies
·      Are hands on with the day-to-day delivery of the product features they are working on 


·       Previous experience in product management or related roles.
·      Experience with multitasking, managing multiple products concurrently.
·      Strong business planning skills, including market analysis and strategic initiatives.
·      Proficiency in UI/UX decision-making, ensuring user-centric design principles.
·      Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies.
·      Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·      Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
·      Proactive leadership and initiative in project ownership.
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
