We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Talent & Culture team.

What You’ll be Doing

·       Ensure HR administration tasks, such as managing personnel data, documentation, and maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality within our HR systems, particularly in kolayİK and Peoploma.

·       Provide support and coaching to employees on HR processes and guidelines, including administering benefits, managing leaves of absence, coordinating payroll inquiries, and handling employee paperwork.

·       Manage all employment-related documents and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including organizing forms, records, contracts, and maintaining data accuracy in both soft and hard copy files.

·       Managing and following processes related to legal issues, İSKUR and SGK.

·       Prepare and distribute forms for SGK (Social Security Institution) for employee entry and exit, collaborating closely with the payroll team.

·       Make and control calculations for the relevant month in close cooperation with the payroll teamOrganize and execute the onboarding operation process flawlessly, ensuring the effective integration of new employees into the company.

·       Coordinate the organization of meetings to support HR operations.

·       Organize and execute the exit process operations flawlessly.

·       Coordinate with lawyers to progress through processes such as GDPR.

·       Perform research on new additional benefits according to global standards at the end of the year and assess their integration into the company.
What You’ll Bring

·       Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
·       Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
·       The ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic situations.
·       Strong social skills. We work with people. We need to understand their needs and expectations as no one can.
·       Ability to collaborate with other departments and multitask when required.
·       Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
·       Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
·       Proficiency in using MS Office software.
·       Good command of English language, both written and spoken (preferred).
