How will the Senior HRBP work with the organization?

    • Work closely with our teams and managers to constantly improve employee engagement, performance and productivity
    • Advise, mentor and coach our employees and leaders on topics related to People & Ops
    • Proactively identify needs of the teams, managers and the organization and provide suggestions and solutions
    • Implement, run and improve projects/initiatives connected with onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, talent and performance management
    • Be part of a great People & Ops team that is supportive and eager to share their knowledge and experience, and learn from you to
    • Support recruitment processes where needed

What you'll need

    • 5+ years of  HR BP experience, preferably in an international tech company 
    • Experience in supporting Sales and Marketing organizations
    • Ability to create solutions (projects/ practices/ programs) that address the business needs of the organization
    • Experience in running company-wide People & Ops projects
    • International and cultural awareness
    • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
    • “No task too big, no task too small” approach
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Growth Mindset and openness to learning
    • Proactiveness and initiative
    • Working knowledge of the US legislation connected with People and Ops area
