We are seeking a VP of Growth who will join the executive team and report directly to the CEO. S/he will be responsible for driving DAU via various acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives and funnel optimization. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, thinks big, has strong bias for action, and delivers results. S/he is metrics-driven with a track record of creating high tempo testing culture and process. S/he will have demonstrated the ability to drive significant DAU growth through creative ideas and robust, frequent, disciplined testing. S/he needs to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. As a member of the executive team, s/he also needs have her/his own point of view in various company-wide initiatives and make significant input & contributions to company goals and priorities.
- Own DAU and DAU related metricsLead strategy and execution of all growth activities - acquisition (paid and organic), engagement, and retention
- Create a high tempo testing culture via disciplined ideation, experimentation, and readout process. Ensure the team consistently identifies, a/b tests, and implements new touch points, creatives, and messaging for maximum speed & impact
- Own weekly, monthly, quarter reporting around DAU metrics and impact on org-level goals
- Proven track record of leading a growth team and making a significant impact on growth of a consumer company
