Senior Talent Recruiter
Coffee Meets Bagel is growing fast and we need to recruit top talents to help us achieve our mission! To drive this effort, we are hiring a Senior Talent Recruiter who will own the full cycle recruiting process. As a Senior Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting the world-class talents necessary to manage the growth of the company. The goal is to maximize speed in hiring while not compromising on quality.
- Evaluating resumes
- Working with each hiring manager to set up a world-class interview process. Be their counselor and subject matter expert.
- Owning every step of the way, all the way to successfully negotiating and extending offer to signing the best talents in the market. This is your show to run!
- You should be passionate about measuring all facets of our recruiting engine, to ensure we're continuously improving over time, and hiring and retaining the best people.
- Represent CMB to the external tech community. You lead our employer branding efforts in partnership with our HR.
- 10+ years of recruiting and hiring the best tech talents
- Working creatively and thinking outside the box
- Thinking long-term and big picture. In previous roles, you had a great vision of how your role could evolve into and how that fits into the company goals.
