We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Contracts Manager to join our growing, distributed team at Coforma.

Contracts Managers wear many hats (and sometimes may feel like they are asked to pull rabbits out of them!) From writer, protector, recordkeeper, guidance counselor, enforcer, and, yes, even occasional magician, this role serves as a key business partner for the Growth, Delivery, and Legal teams. The ideal candidate has a background in digital technology and design services and exudes competence, character, collaboration, and excitement at the opportunity to develop, iterate, and improve department workflows and policies. Experience in federal government contracting is required for this role.

A typical day for a Coforma Contracts Manager might include fielding a request from the Growth team to review requirements for a solicitation, evaluating the opportunity for any conflict of interest risk, or preparing ancillary documents for a proposal. You’ll also  tend to teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and subcontractor requests, which are submitted via helpdesk tickets to ensure tracking throughout the drafting and negotiation process to execution. The best part of your day may be cheering on a delivery team achieving a significant contract milestone or simply helping a team navigate ambiguity in contract requirements.

Initially reporting to the General Counsel, this role requires persistence and positivity, and a constant dedication to maintaining compliant, responsible, and ethical business practices. You will thrive here if you are conscientious, curious, and place a high premium both on being empowered and empowering others to perform their best work.

If you’re passionate about improving lives through digital products and services, Coforma is a great company for you. We look forward to meeting you!
