We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for a local interior construction services company.

Key Responsibilities 

Leadership & Team Development 

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of four sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and closing skills. 

Set clear performance goals and track progress through regular reviews. 

Sales Strategy & Execution 

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. 

Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and wholesale markets. 

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. 

Marketing and Lead Development 

Manage the creation of social media, advertising, networking and other efforts to increase consistent lead generation 

Develop short term and long term marketing campaign strategies to include social media, trade shows, events, etc. 

Manage and direct on-site admin to ensure consistency and quality of branding message across multiple platforms. 

Client Relationship Management 

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and designers. 

Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to project completion. 

Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and professional manner. 

Performance & Reporting 

Analyze sales data, prepare monthly reports, and present performance updates to leadership. 

Forecast sales, set budgets, and manage resources effectively. 

Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention. 

Qualifications 

-- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. 

-- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 

-- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 

-- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 

-- Experience in the stone, construction, or building materials industry (preferred but not required). 

-- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
-- The above base salary plus performance-based incentives.
