We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our fleet maintenance while supporting our rapid response and restoration services. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in the upkept and readiness of our fleet of vehicles, equipment, and assets to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial vehicle maintenance and maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicles follow regular preventative maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose minor mechanical/electronic issues using diagnostics tools.
- Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Lead emergency maintenance and repairs when needed.
- Ensure timely repairs to keep fleet assets available for projects and emergencies.
- Review asset data to improve utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize fleet size.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life and lower costs.
- Help enforce safety policies for fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Take part in safety training and inspections; address any issues promptly.
- Help ensure compliance with inspections, emissions testing, and licensing rules.
- Support rapid deployment of fleet assets and crews during emergencies.
- Help maintain fleet readiness for emergency response.
- Oversee emergency mechanical support to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in fleet or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
- Solid knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to manage repair schedules and prioritize urgent issues
- CDL license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
$30 - $50 an hour
