Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Schaffhouser Electric’s services and solutions to effectively address customer needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including operations and project managers, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the industrial electrical services or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

$50,000 - $60,000 an hour
Base plus commission.
