Role Summary:
Cognite.com is a core part of our marketing and branding strategy. As a jr. web developer, you’ll have a direct impact on Cognite’s growth and journey by directly managing, optimizing, and expanding our website. This will include creating new landing pages, optimizing existing functionality, and finding novel UX concepts to help maintain traffic and drive website conversions. You’ll work closely with a high-performance, cross-functional team of marketers on a variety of key projects.
As a Jr. Web Developer, you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring timely production of web pages and other web-related aspects
- Be in charge of maintaining website performance such as load speed, minimizing broken links, etc for each page
- Help create page and module templates in Hubspot based on business needs
- Maintain a critical eye on our website analytic metrics and suggest improvements to improve engagement and conversions
- Act as first point of contact to troubleshoot and solve other technical web-related requests
Requirements:
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience and or preferably proficiency
- Hubspot web templates and modules experience
- Front-end frameworks and headless CMS experience
- Git developer platform experience
- Able to think critically about business needs and requests
- Identifies long-term solutions and demonstrates strong collaboration skills
