About the role
As a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator at Cognite, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, for candidates across various roles. The success of our talent acquisition process relies on your organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates passing through the process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide clear information regarding interview schedules and logistics.
We believe most of these should match your experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating the ability to excel in the role.
- Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles, with exposure to recruitment processes preferred.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
