As our Head of People, you will:

    • Be the first employee on our People team and help us scale the function and our organization
    • Be a strategic voice and a doer — both setting the People strategy and implementing it
    • Work closely with our leadership team to determine long-term growth strategy for the company and execute on hiring and people development goals
    • Codify our company culture and help us develop and live our core company values, which include a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
    • Develop and implement strategic People initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and more Lead full-cycle recruiting across all departments for both technical and non-technical roles
    • Lead the implementation of our talent infrastructure to scale, including deploying software systems and talent management processes so that we can grow quickly and efficiently.
    • Gather data-driven insights to help understand our recruitment strategy and internal employee engagement

You may be a good fit, if you have:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a People function preferably within a fast growing startup or tech company
    • Experience scaling a company from ~30 to 100 team members
    • A demonstrated ability to create, implement and lead day-to-day people operations 
    • Strong instincts and a deep understanding of the recruiting process
    • A preference to work in a fast-paced environment
    • DEI subject matter expertise and/or experience is a plus
    • CHRP or SHRM or similar is a plus
    • A natural curiosity for the AI industry, specifically around cutting edge research within the NLP space
