Why this role: 
Reporting to the VP, Sales, the Director, Sales will drive year-over-year growth. developing & executing on strategies for landing new customers.  You will drive long term employee success with a focus on coaching, development, and building a high-performance team.  In this leadership role, you will be pivotal in cultivating and guiding our sales team to surpass revenue targets & organizational goals. 

As our Director, Sales you will:
- Lead and collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives, and other stakeholders to align on sales strategies & objectives.
- Drive and manage sales teams in the field.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise sized/F100 key client prospects, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to Sales Managers and their teams, in an effort to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and report on sales team performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management.

This career opportunity may be a good match for you if you have: 
- 10+ years experience managing sales managers & leading sales efforts at a Software/SaaS (or similar technical) organization.
- Strong experience building, mentoring and coaching sales leadership & teams.
- A proven track record of consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale complex enterprise sized sales cycles. 
- Sales management skills including planning, negotiating, forecasting, organizing for results, hiring, leading and evaluating people.
- Superior interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
